It also allows the seller to disclose known facts about changes to the common elements, condominium fees and other matters related to the condo. An addendum will be added either as a disclosure to inform the buyer of an actual or potential problem on the premises. For example, the addition of lead-containing paints is necessary if the house was built before 1978 to warn the new owner of the fall or peeling of the paint. This form contains additional clauses that a seller and a buyer wish to add to the commercial contract. .
